Cobscook Community Learning Center
Cardio & Core - Burn some calories, and work your core with aerobic exercises & total body toners.
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
$7 Drop-In, ask about $35 for 6 weeks

Gentle Yoga - A slow, Vinyasa style flow class designed to stretch, strengthen, and destress the body.
